1. What is the form factor of the card?

Kotak Solitaire Credit Card is a metal card.

2. How many add-on cards can I have?

The cardholder can get up to 3 add-on cards, in addition to one primary Credit Card. Add-on cardholder should be 18 years and above.

3. Will the add-on cards also be metal cards?

Yes. All Solitaire Credit Cards, including add-on cards, will be metal.

4. What is the Joining or Annual Fee for the Credit Card?

As a privileged member of the Kotak Solitaire Program, there is no Joining or Annual fee for you. However, if you are downgraded from the Solitaire program, an annual fee of ₹25,000 + GST will be charged.

5. What are the charges for forex transactions?

There will be no mark-up fees on international transactions.

No Air Miles will be accrued on International transactions.

6. What are the charges for ATM cash withdrawal?

1% Cash withdrawal charges will be applied. Additionally, there will be no interest/APR charges till the payment due date for cash withdrawals.

7. What are the charges for cash withdrawal in a foreign country?

To activate your Card:

1. Log in to the Kotak Mobile Banking App

2. Select the "Credit Card" tab

3. Click on “Card Controls”

4. Click on “Generate PIN”

5. Enter your details & submit

You can also activate your credit card by updating card controls and making a transaction.

9. How will I earn Air Miles on the card?

Solitaire cardholders will earn:

10 Air Miles for every ₹100 spent on Kotak Unbox Platform across following categories:

a. Flight & Flight Add-on Booking

b. Hotel & Hotel Add-on Booking

3 Air Miles for every ₹100 spent on all other spends (barring exclusions).

10. Will I earn Air Miles on International transactions?

No, you will not earn Air Miles on International transactions.

11. Will I earn Air Miles on EMI transactions?

No, you will not earn Air Miles on EMI transactions.

12. Is there any category where I will not earn Air Miles?

13. Is there any capping on how many Air Miles I can earn on the card?

Accelerated Air Miles earned on travel spends done on Kotak Unbox Platform will be capped at 1,00,000 Air Miles per statement cycle. However, post reaching the limit customers would still earn 3 Air Miles per ₹100.

E.g.: If a customer spends 14,28,571 on Flight, Hotel, and add-ons via Kotak Unbox in a statement cycle, they will reach the limit of 1L Air Miles in the cycle. Any spends done beyond that will accrue 3 Air Miles for every ₹100 spent (barring exclusions).

14. When will the Air Miles reflect in my account?

Air Miles will reflect in your account within 5 days of transaction settlement.

15. How can I redeem Air Miles on the card?

The Cardholder may redeem the Air Miles for:

1. Travel booking on Kotak Unbox.

2. Non-travel spends like Vouchers, Gift Cards, Catalogue Purchases, etc., on Kotak Unbox.

3. Transfer to respective Hotel/Airline partners on Kotak Unbox.

16. What is the redemption rate of Air Miles on the Card?

Option1: Air Miles Redemption Value for Travel Booking on Kotak Unbox

1 Air Mile = ₹1 redemption value on Flight, Hotel, and Add-on Bookings on Kotak Unbox

18. Are there any charges on redemption of Air Miles?

No, there will be no redemption charges for the Air Miles

19. How many lounge visits do I get?

Primary & Add-on cardholders will get Unlimited Domestic & International Lounge Access. Additionally, Primary card holder also gets lounge access for their guest limited to 2 Domestic & 2 International lounges in a year.

20. How to access a lounge?

Solitaire cardholder must present their Card at the time of utilizing the lounge, along with a valid boarding pass & govt. ID proof

21. Is there any fuel surcharge waiver on the card?

Cardholders get 1% waiver across all petrol pumps in India. The waiver will only be applicable on transactions between ₹400-7,500 and will be capped at ₹10,000 in an anniversary year.
