Service Offered*

Do not let routine transactions take you away from your home. With Kotak’s Doorstep Banking, you can avail services such as Cash pick up / delivery, cheque pick up/delivery, DD delivery.

Additionally Senior Citizens and Differently Abled Persons can avail Doorstep Banking services for KYC documents collection.

We provide you flexibility to handle physical cash / cheque / KYC documents through doorstep banking service where multi-locational cash / cheque deposits can be availed with centralized MIS and pooling facility.

For Cash Pick up & Credit in Kotak Bank account/Cheque pickup/cash Delivery: Request placed between 9.30 am to 12 pm (working days) will be serviced on same day and request placed between 12 pm to 4 pm will get serviced on next working day . All requests placed for locations beyond city limit will be fulfilled on T+1 day and cash credited to customer account/cheque processed on T+2 day

For DD Request : Request placed up to 10.30 am will be serviced on same day and all requests placed post 10.30 am or beyond city limit will be fulfilled on next working day
