How To Raise a Claim

What is covered?

Dental treatment for any injury or acute pain for an insured person’s sound natural teeth during a trip.
Daily compensation against hospitalisation due to an injury or illness sustained during a trip.
Compensation for the financial loss incurred due to the cancellation of the trip, either fully or partially.
Fixed allowance of max. up to USD 200 in case of delay in the receipt of checked-in baggage.
A maximum of USD 300 coverage for expenses incurred in obtaining duplicate travel documents in the event of its loss due to robbery, burglary, theft or natural disasters, etc.

What is not covered?

Serving in any branch of the Military or Armed Forces of any country, whether in peace or War.
Where the Insured Person is travelling against the advice of a physician; or receiving/on a waiting list for receiving specified medical treatment; or is travelling for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment; or has received a terminal prognosis for a medical condition.
Being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants or hallucinogens, substance abuse or any addictive condition and consequences thereof.
Congenital anomalies or any complications or conditions arising therefrom.
Operating or learning to operate any aircraft or performing duties as a member of the crew on any aircraft or Scheduled Airline.
Any loss arising out of war, civil war, invasion, insurrection, revolution, act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), rebellion, mutiny, use of military power or usurpation of government or military power.
