Zen points

Earn 10 Zen Points for every ₹150 spent on Shopping (Apparels, Lifestyle goods, Departmental Stores & Jewellery)
Earn 5 Zen Points for every ₹150 on all other spends.
The reward points earned on all transactions will be capped at 6,500 points per billing cycle

Please note, w.e.f. 01st June 2025, the following changes will be applicable:

Categories	Education and Insurance	Zen points will only be earned on spends up to ₹70,000 per statement cycle
Utility Spends	Zen points will only be earned on spends up to ₹ 50,000 per statement cycle
Government	Zen points will only be earned on spends up to ₹ 40,000 per statement cycle
Wallet Load, Fuel, Rent, Online skill based gaming	Zen points earnings against these spend categories will be discontinued

Kindly note:

a. Spends on above categories will not be considered when calculating milestone benefits
b. The aforementioned revisions will be based on the Merchant Category Codes (MCCs), which are 4-digit numbers assigned to merchants or businesses by card networks such as VISA, MasterCard, and RuPay. Click here for the list of applicable MCCs.

Shop more and earn more Zen Points

The Zen Credit Card will complement the shopper in you. Every time you spend ₹150 on Shopping (Apparels, Lifestyle goods, Departmental Stores & Jewellery), you earn 10 Zen Points.
On all your other spends, you earn 5 Zen points – except on Wallet Load, Fuel, Rent, Online skill-based gaming and the transactions that you convert to EMI.

Bonus Zen points

Earn 7500 Zen points on annual spends of ₹3,00,000 and additional 7500 Zen points on annual spends of ₹6,00,000

Welcome Gift

You can avail of a welcome gift of 1500 Zen points. This gift can only be realized upon paying the joining fees of ₹1500/-. It is not available on the free card

Domestic Lounge Access

Please note, w.e.f. 01st June 2025, customer needs to meet the quarterly spends of ₹75,000 or more to enjoy 2 Domestic Airport Lounge accesses in the next calendar quarter

International Lounge Access

Only the Primary Cardholder is eligible for the complimentary visits.

Complimentary visits are applicable only for the primary card holders.
Visit validation charges of $1 will be debited. These will be credited back to your card within 7 working days.
USD 35 per person per visit will be charged for the guest.
After completion of the complimentary visits or access without meeting eligibility criteria, USD35 will be applicable for the primary holder as well.

Good news! Enjoy access to international lounges directly with your Kotak Credit Card. Priority Pass Card will no longer be required. W.e.f June 02, 2023, issuance and renewal of Priority Pass Card will be discontinued.
Credit Cards issued till June 01, 2023	Priority Pass Cards can be used till June 19, 2023. From June 20, 2023, simply activate International transactions (Online & in store/ POS) using your Kotak Bank Mobile App or Net Banking and use your Kotak Credit Card.
Credit Cards issued after June 01, 2023	Simply activate International transactions (Online & in store/ POS) using your Kotak Bank Mobile App or Net Banking and use your Kotak Credit Card. Please note that cards issued post June 01, 2023 can access international lounges starting June 20, 2023.

Fuel Surcharge Waiver

Please note, w.e.f. 01st June 2025, 1% fuel surcharge waiver is applicable on transactions that range between ₹500 and ₹5000, allowing you to avail a maximum fuel surcharge waiver of up to ₹3,500 in an anniversary year.

Railway Surcharge Waiver

Save railway surcharge of 1.8% for transactions on www.irtc.co.in and 2.5% for transactions on Indian Railways Booking Counters. The maximum railway surcharge waiver that is allowed in a anniversary year is ₹500/-.
