In case of a dual sim phone, select the bank registered number to proceed
For all iOS users with e SIM the secure SMS will be sent from the SIM card that is set as default on your device

If you have multiple CRNs:
Please choose the CRN that you intend to activate for the kotak mobile banking app from the list of CRNs displayed on your screen.
Enter the MPIN and tap on 'Submit'
First time users will have to create a new MPIN by entering any of the below details:
1) Debit Card
2) Credit Card
3) Net Banking details
4) Personal details tab will be shown to only 811 customers
For loan only customers:
You will be able to create MPIN by entering any one of the details mentioned on the screen.
