**Each category mentioned in the above table has a Merchant category code (MCC) which are defined by Visa. Transactions on all merchants having the above MCCs will be applicable for accelerated reward points.

- With effect from 01st June 2025, cash value for redemption will be revised from ₹0.25 to ₹0.20 per reward point. For redemption against categories like Mobile Recharge, Shopping, etc, 1 Reward Point = ₹0.25
- A minimum of ₹2,000 Reward Points will be required for cash value redemption
- ^On wallet loading, fuel, rent and online-based gaming, reward points are not applicable

- Fuel & Railway Surcharge Waiver
- In case of transactions of Rs. 500 to Rs. 5000, 1% fuel surcharge will be waived. The maximum fuel surcharge waiver of Rs. 2500 is available in a calendar year.
- Save railway surcharge of 1.8% for transactions on www.irtc.co.in and 2.5% for transactions on Indian Railways Booking Counters.
- The maximum railway surcharge waiver that is allowed in a calendar year is Rs.500/-.

- In case of lost/stolen card or any suspicious transaction on your kotak card, you are required to immediately call Customer Contact Centre 1800 266 4545 (local call rates apply) or write to [email protected] and get your credit card deactivated / blocked to prevent misuse and register a claim with the Insurance Company.
