  • With effect from 01st June 2025, cash value for redemption will be revised from ₹0.25 to ₹0.20 per reward point. For redemption against categories like Mobile Recharge, Shopping, etc, 1 Reward Point = ₹0.25
  • A minimum of ₹2,000 Reward Points will be required for cash value redemption
  • ^On wallet loading, fuel, rent and online-based gaming, reward points are not applicable

• In case of lost/stolen card or any suspicious transaction on your kotak card, you are required to immediately call Customer Contact Centre 1800 266 4545 (local call rates apply) or write to [email protected] and get your credit card deactivated / blocked to prevent misuse and register a claim with the Insurance Company.
• Claim documents are to be submitted by Card holder within 60 days from the date of intimation on the above number.
