After successful Mobile number verification, you will get a list of CRNs please select the CRN you want to proceed with. If you want to add another CRN, you need to click on ‘ADD CRN’ and repeat the process.

Please note: Maximum number of CRNs which can be added on Kotak Mobile Banking App is limited to 5.
