Please follow below process to avoid any inconvenience:

  •  If you are not planning to use your old phone, please uninstall Kotak Mobile Banking app from your old phone
  •  Insert the SIM of your bank registered mobile number in the new mobile phone
  • Download Kotak App from Google Play Store/ Apple Appstore
  • Send a secure SMS to verify your mobile number
  • On successful verification of mobile number, please select CRN & enter your MPIN to activate Kotak App
