Login to Net Banking.
Click on ‘Profile’ option available below at the end of the left hand side corner
Click on ‘Update’ mention below communication address
And select anyone of the options as mentioned below
Update address using Aadhar Number & OTP (address will be instantly updated) OR
Update address by uploading Address Proof (address will be updated in 1 working day). Valid address proof are Passport, Aadhaar Number, Driving License and Voter ID. OR
Update address by logging into the DigiLocker. (Aadhaar Number details must be updated in the bank records to avail this facility).
In case, you do not have Net Banking access and want to change the address only in the Credit Card, then you can follow below process-
Self-attested (duly signed by you) scanned copy of ANY ONE of the below listed address proof in your name
Passport
Aadhar card
Driving License
Voter Id card
NREGA Job card
Letter issued by the National Population Register
Ways to submit documents: Click ""No,Need more help"" below to submit request along with required documents . Currently only 1 attachment is permitted .In case you want to share multiple documents/images,please ensure it is part of one file & upload in one go
Please Note:
Mention reference number if any in case you have already registered a request with any of our branches or phone banking
Mention your registered mobile number & email id while filling up the form
For sharing multiple documents, we recommend to use Net banking
Providing Aadhar Card is voluntary
What next?
Once we have registered request , we will share reference number on your registered email id.
Post receipt of the required documents we will be able to process your request and status will be communicated on your registered email ID
