Property document will be released by the bank, once all the principle amount due or any other dues are paid back to the bank. Additionally, the NOC ( No objection certificate) is also issued after 15 working days of your loan termination in the banks records, along with releasing your property papers.

Please note: The property papers will only get released, subject to no other liability with the bank.
