At the time of Gold loan closure, customer needs to verify the gold weight, gold count and gold condition along with appraisal certificate provided to him.
Once the customer acknowledges the receipts of the ornaments in proper condition and taken out from the bank premises, bank is not responsible for any damages.
If any ornaments are found damaged at the time of release of ornaments, the customer can register his protest and get the necessary solution from the bank.
Any damage to the ornament or missing of stones etc. will be mentioned in the assayer certificate at the time of funding.
