  • Please note that all charges are as per the General Schedule of Features & Charges (GSFC) Click here to know the GSFC.
  • Kindly note that submitting a query does not mean the charges will be reversed. Waivers, if any, will be basis internal policies
  • Request you to please attach supporting documents if any, by using the Upload file option before submitting your query
  • Turn Around Time (TAT) for Waiver of Fees/Charges is 3 working Days after all details and supporting documents if any, are completely & correctly submitted.
  • To place a request online for Fees/Charges waivers,  you can,
    • Click here to submit your query (recommended)
    • Login to Net Banking. After logging in, Click on the "Instalment Loans" Tab.

Do not have Net Banking password?

  • Net Banking: Generate your password online by inputting your Customer Relationship Number (CRN). Click here.

Do not know your CRN?

Send a SMS from your registered mobile number with the bank on "9971056767 or 5676788" and just mention "CRN". Your CRN will be sent to you instantly
