After 3 incorrect MPIN attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for 12 hours for security reasons.

To unlock your MPIN, follow these steps:

1. Tap on ‘Unlock MPIN’ or ‘Reset MPIN’ on the login screen.

2. Verify using your Net Banking password or Card details.

3. If you don’t know the card PIN, tap on ‘Don’t know Card PIN’ to reset your Debit/Credit Card PIN.

4. Once done, reset your MPIN.

5. For help, tap on ‘Contact Us’ to reach our call center support.

Note:

  • Your MPIN will automatically unlock after 12 hours.
  • Biometric login will not work while your MPIN is locked or not set.
