An MPIN (Mobile Banking PIN) is a 6-digit code used to log in to the New Kotak Bank App. Setting it is mandatory after mobile number verification. You can later enable biometric login.

To set your MPIN:

1. Select your CRN (if you have multiple).

2. Verify your details using Net Banking or card credentials.

3. Set a 6-digit MPIN (avoid easy sequences like 123456 or 111111).

4. Tap ‘Proceed’ to complete setup and log in.

If you forget your MPIN:

1. Tap ‘Forgot MPIN’ on the login screen.

2. Verify using Net Banking or card details.

3. If you don’t know your card PIN, tap “Don’t know Card PIN” to reset it.

4. After resetting the card PIN, create a new MPIN.

5. Still stuck? Tap “Contact Us” for quick support.
