1. Visit the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and download the New Kotak Bank App.

2. Open the app and begin registration using the Mobile Number linked to your Kotak Bank account.

3. Set a 6-digit MPIN to secure your login.

4. Log in using your MPIN.

5. Set-up biometric authentication to easily register the next time.

Want to create a MPIN? Follow these steps:

1. Select your CRN (if you have multiple) and verify using Net Banking or card details.

2. Tap ‘Proceed’ to create a 6-digit MPIN. Avoid using simple or sequential numbers like 123456 or 111111.

3. Log in using the MPIN.

Forgot your MPIN? Here’s how to reset it:

1. Tap ‘Forgot MPIN’ on the App login screen.

2. Verify using your Net Banking password or card details.

3. Forgot your card PIN? Tap ‘Don’t know Card PIN’ to reset it.

4. Once your card PIN is set, create a new MPIN.
