Please follow the below steps to update the Profile details:
Login to Net Banking with your CRN/Username and password.
Enter One Time Password / Authenticate using Mobile Banking App / Digital Signature details.
Click on Profile/Update Contact Details link.
Click on Add / Edit link and update the details after providing proper validation.
Note:
You will be able to update Profile details only if you log into Net Banking by entering One Time Password or authenticate using Mobile Banking app / Digital Signature.
If you have regenerated Net Banking password online in the last 7 days, then option to update details will not be available
The option to update Profile details online will be available for Individual & Non Individual customers (only to the Authorized Signatory)
