On Net Banking
- Login to Net Banking
- Go to Credit Card > Value Added Services
- Upgrade your card
On Mobile Banking
- Login to Mobile Banking
- Go to Credit Card > Credit Card Service Request
- Card upgrade
Please note:
- If you are eligible for a card upgrade, you will see the all eligible card options along with features and benefits and option to upgrade the card.
- If you are not eligible for online upgrade facility, and if you would like to apply for upgrading your card, please call our 24x7 helpline.
- Once card upgrade request is placed, it takes 10 working days to receive the card.
