You can upgrade your FASTag wallet to Full KYC using either of the following processes: Online Process:
1) To upgrade your KYC digitally, request the link by calling on 1860 2666 888 (local call charges applicable)
2) The link will be sent on your registered mobile number.
3) Simply follow the steps displayed during the process to update your KYC in FASTag wallet
4) PAN card, Aaadhaar card and a blank page with pen to be kept handy
Offline / Branch Process:
1) Visit any nearby branch with your PAN, identification document, address proof and passport size photograph. To locate a Branch near you click here
2) Ask for Customer Relationship Form from the branch staff
3) Submit the duly filled CRF with the documents
4) Branch will verify the form and process further
5) You will recieve an Email and SMS on the successful updation of KYC within 4 working days
Note:
1) Post successful upgradation in Full KYC, you can maintain balance of Rs.2,00,000/- per month in your FASTag wallet
2) The above mentioned process is applicable for individual customers only.
