How can I report a fraud transaction on my debit card/savings account?

Request you to go through all possible details of the transaction on your bank account statement — e.g. merchant name, time of the transaction, any transaction done with same merchant or website in the past to see if it being reflected only now. Also, you may also check with family members if they have used your debit / credit card.
