How can i raise a dispute for a upi transaction from transaction history?

You can raise the dispute for certain types of transaction status:

  • If the Transaction is Pending, or;
  • If a transaction with the merchant is successful and you are yet to receive the goods/services from the merchant.

You can go to transaction history, select the Transaction, and raise the dispute.

You can also connect to Kotak customer care to raise any disputes.
