Ohh! We deliver the welcome kit package only to the registered correspondence address as per our records.

Here is what you should do if you haven't received it but the status shows that it is delivered: 

1. If the correspondence address is your residence, check if one of your family members has taken the delivery. If your address is an office or workplace, please check with authorised personnel (normally the reception or security desk). 

2. If it was returned from your correspondence address, it could have been delivered to your home branch or nearest branch. To confirm this, please call our helpline number. 

3. If you are sure that your welcome kit was delivered to a wrong address and/or to a wrong/unknown person, or if you are unable to trace it, please call our 24X7 helpline number at 1860 266 2666 (standard call charges apply) for further assistance. You can ask for proof of delivery on the same call.
