If you find first two attempts has been already made by our delivery partner and then too your newly opened account welcome kit is become undelivered so to place a re-dispatch request, please call our 24X7 helpline number at 1860 266 2666 (standard call charges apply). 

However, please note the following: 

A re-dispatch request can be taken only if there is no change in address and you verify it. If you feel you need to change/update your address, please do this by visiting your nearest branch with relevant documents and place a re-dispatch request by calling us only once address change is done. 

Please Note: If you wish to change your correspondence address only for credit card records or / and if you hold only credit card (not bank account) with us, so you can place a address change request by calling our customer care number also.
