Why I am getting messages that the KYC of my account has expired?

You seem to have a Kotak 811 Lite/Limited Account and validity of those accounts is one year. 

To continue the services, you are required to complete your KYC by booking an appointment through the Kotak 811 Mobile Banking App or by visiting the nearest branch. If you do not complete your KYC, your account will be closed.
