We deliver cheque book packages only on the registered correspondence address as per our records. The delivery is made only to family members at residences, and authorised personnel at office locations. 

In case your cheque book was delivered to a wrong address and/or to a wrong/unknown person, as a precaution, you can stop your whole cheque book series; you can activate/revoke it later if you receive the same cheque book.
