Sorry to hear that! Please note, due to reasons like incomplete address, missing landmark, consignee shifted, premises closed, door locked etc. 

If your newly opened account welcome kit containing debit card and /or cheque book was not delivered after two attempts made by our delivery partner it will be returned to bank.
