An MPIN is a Mobile Banking Personal Identification Number. You will need your MPIN to login to the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App to transact and manage your Kotak811 Account.

If you have forgotten you MPIN, here's how you can reset your MPIN:

  • Open Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
  • Go to ‘Forgot MPIN’
  • Fill your personal details such as a) Mother’s maiden name b) PAN number c) Date of Birth
  • Add a new 6-digit MPIN
  • Confirm your new MPIN
