When you use the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App to create an Kotak811 account, you’ll be able to create a 6-digit MPIN of your choice during the account opening process.

If you have forgotten your MPIN, here's how you can reset it:

Open Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Go to ‘Forgot MPIN’
Fill your personal details such as a) Mother’s maiden name b) PAN Number c) Date of Birth
Add a new 6-digit MPIN
Confirm your new MPIN
