Roles & Responsibilities:

The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with the various product teams
No mundane DTP work. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.

Hands-on experience in:

Designing end-to-end projects -both individually and with a team.
Interacting with real users on a regular basis.
Creatively presenting your case to stakeholders
Making functional and aesthetic design experiences.
Seeing through the pixel-perfect development of your vision.

Strong ability to understand complex financial products and simplify them into a user-friendly design strategy.

Skills required:

Mandatory:
- User experience design, User interface design, Design strategy / Business analysis, UX writing
Additional skills:
- UX research, Art and illustration, Motion/interaction design
