Job Role

  • Understanding Business requirement and documenting it
  • Creating detailed test cases covering all test scenarios. Ability to think beyond the obvious and catch the outlier conditions
  • Prepare and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing and coordinate with engineering team for fixes
  • Timely closures of proposal/ plans/ designs with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help business implement technology solutions in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners
  • Coordination with various Departmental Heads / Users like Digital team, Product teams, Business Teams, IT, Vendors etc. to execute projects as per requirement
  • Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
  • Supporting business in case of live issues by coordinating with technology and getting it resolved in the expected TAT
  • Working with multiple delivery and business partner teams
  • Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
  • Provide inputs to process team while preparing processes related to systems
  • Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of entire project SDLC and active involvement in projects from requirement documentation to post production support

 

Job Requirements

  • Process and product knowledge of banking landscape. At least 2+ years of experience
  • Good understanding of testing methods. Also a creative mind which can think of outlier cases while testing
  • Awareness of latest technology and comfortable working with Web services/API /SQL etc.
  • Should have good analytical skills, an eye for detail and positive attitude in terms of finding best solution to problems, issues or requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Min Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
  • Highest ethical standards – able to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Collaborative, positive team player with the ability to navigate different teams
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and service mentality
