Step 2:  Select the Citizen Assessment menu, and choose "Track Your Assessment Status." from the drop-down.

Step 3: Select By Name, Father's Name, & Phone Number.

Step 4: Fill out the - Name of the State, District, City, Mobile Number, and Parent's Name.

Step 5: After filling out all the information, click the Submit button. You will learn the status of your application.

Another Way to Check the Status is via Assessment ID.

Step 1: Click the By Assessment ID option on the Track Assessment Form screen.

Step 2: Enter your mobile number and PMAY Assessment ID.

Step 3: To check the status of your PMAY application, click the Submit button.

Aadhaar Status Check for PMAY

Aadhaar may be used to check the status of your PMAY subsidy. The UIDAI assigned your 12-digit Aadhaar number. It serves as your identification number & is recognized as acceptable identification and address documentation.

How Do I Use Aadhaar to Monitor the Status of My PMAY?

Visit the official website and select the 'Search Beneficiary' tab from the main menu to check the status of your PMAY application with Aadhaar.

How to Know PMAY Status?

  • You must provide your Aadhaar number when you choose the "Search by the name" option.

Offline Ways To Check The Status Of A PMAY Subsidy

  • Choose the 'Track Your Assessment Status' option from the menu.

There are two ways to check the progress of your PMAY application -

Check PMAY ID Status with Your Name, Father's Name, And Mobile Number

The 'By name, father's name, and ID type' option will allow you to monitor the progress of your PMAY application.

You must submit information such as your state, city, district, father's name, and ID type (Aadhaar or driving license, passport, etc.). You must now input the registered cell phone number and the information for the chosen ID type.

Your PMAY home loan subsidy status will be shown on the screen after you click "Submit" with this information.

What Distinguishes the Application ID & Beneficiary ID under PMAY for the Credit-Linked Interest Subsidy?

Only after successful UIDAI verification & cross-check with recipients of the remaining three sectors from the PMAY (U) MIS system does the CLAP system produce an identifier for each borrower.

Beneficiary ID is a distinct identifier for the CLSS recipient of PMAY-U who has deposited the subsidy money in the home loan account.
