What is Kotak Rewards Programme on Silk/Alpha/Grand accounts?

Kotak Rewards is a Rewards programme wherein you get rewards based on the Spends done in a calendar month. You can then redeem these rewards across various categories by visiting Kotak Rewards portal www.kotakrewards.com. Kotak Rewards is currently only for savings accounts customers opened with Promo codes Silk/Alpha/Grand.

When does the Rewards gets credited in my Kotak Rewards Account?

If you have done cumulative Spends of ₹25,001 and above in a month, then rewards will be credited to your account within 3 days from the date when the cumulative spend transaction reaches ₹25,001/-. In case, eligible spends are less than ₹ 25,001/- in a month then the reward points will get credited to your Kotak Rewards Account latest by 5th day of the next month. 

How to login to the portal?

Go to www.kotakrewards.com  >> Click on Menu  >> Login >>  Enter your CRN >> Enter OTP( OTP is sent to registered mobile number & email ID)  >> Submit & Login

How to check the total available points?

Login to Kotak Rewards Portal, total KR Points is available in Home Page (below Burger Menu option). Points accrued against each card is available in the Cards Section.

How to check expiry of points?

Expiry of Points will be available next to total KR points in the Home Page. Points expiring against each card is available in the Cards Section.

Can I redeem my points for Cashback?

No, cashback option is available only for Credit Cards.

How to redeem Rewards?

Points can be redeemed across various categories – Travel, Recharge, Shopping, Voucher. Select items from any category and proceed to pay. Rupee equivalent amount will be shown and payment can be made. 

If amount is more than Kotak Reward Points available, then you can pay the balance amount through your debit/credit card.

How will I get confirmation of the order?

Confirmation and shipping details will be shared to your over your email ID*

* Make sure your email ID is updated with Bank, if not please update immediately through Net or Mobile Banking or visit your nearest Kotak Mahindra bank branch.

How can I track my order?

Order can be tracked using Track your order option from the hamburger menu. Enter your order number and details will be shown.

Can I check my Redemption History?

Yes, you can check your Redemption History option from the hamburger menu on Kotak Rewards.

How do I raise the complaints against my order?

Please call our Customer Experience Centre at 1860 266 2666 to raise any complaints within 24 hours post receipt of your order.

Can I return/replace my order?

Please call customer services at 1860 266 2666 to raise any return/replacement request within 24 hours post receipt of your order in case any merchandise received in damaged/defective condition.

I did not get the points despite making the eligible spends, what should I do?

Please call our Customer Experience Centre at 1860 266 2666 and we will get the same checked.
