Kotak Rewards is a Rewards programme wherein you get rewards based on the Spends done in a calendar month. You can then redeem these rewards across various categories by visiting Kotak Rewards portal www.kotakrewards.com. Kotak Rewards is currently only for savings accounts customers opened with Promo codes Silk/Alpha/Grand.
If you have done cumulative Spends of ₹25,001 and above in a month, then rewards will be credited to your account within 3 days from the date when the cumulative spend transaction reaches ₹25,001/-. In case, eligible spends are less than ₹ 25,001/- in a month then the reward points will get credited to your Kotak Rewards Account latest by 5th day of the next month.
Go to www.kotakrewards.com >> Click on Menu >> Login >> Enter your CRN >> Enter OTP( OTP is sent to registered mobile number & email ID) >> Submit & Login
Login to Kotak Rewards Portal, total KR Points is available in Home Page (below Burger Menu option). Points accrued against each card is available in the Cards Section.
Expiry of Points will be available next to total KR points in the Home Page. Points expiring against each card is available in the Cards Section.
Points can be redeemed across various categories – Travel, Recharge, Shopping, Voucher. Select items from any category and proceed to pay. Rupee equivalent amount will be shown and payment can be made.
