Use this option in case you connected with our branch or phone banking team and registered your query /complaint and are here to submit required documents so that we can resolve the issue

To submit documents as supporting for your query or complaint, please note below points:

Mention reference number if any for your query or complaint for which document needs to be submitted
Mention your registered mobile number & email id while filling up the form
Acceptable file type - pdf, doc, docx, ppt, xls, xlsx, jpeg, png
File size should be less than 5 MB including all documents
For sharing multiple documents, we recommend to use Net banking

Ways to submit documents :

Option 1 : Using Net banking

Post Log in, click on the “Help” tab available at the top right corner of the page
Select “Inbox”
Select “Compose mail”
Post selecting necessary details in all field , you may attach required documents and click “Send”

Option 2 : Using our Website or Mobile App

Click Here to submit document . Only one document can be submitted with each form.
