A Fixed Deposit can be booked by any applicant through Net or Mobile Banking only if the PAN is updated for the bank account for the Primary applicant in whose name the Fixed Deposit is being booked.
You can update you PAN and post that book a Fixed Deposit, please find below ways to update your PAN.
1. On Mobile Banking
1) Go to Service Request -> Profile
2) PAN Update
2. On Net Banking
1) Go to Profile
2) Personal Information -> PAN
