If you have multiple CRNs linked to the same mobile number, you will be able to use the New Kotak Bank App as well.

1. Visit the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and download the New Kotak Bank App.

2. Open the app and begin registration using the Mobile Number linked to your Kotak Bank account.

3. Once successful sim binding has been completed, choose the CRN/s you want to link with your device

3. Set a 6-digit MPIN to secure your login.

4. Log in using your MPIN.

5. Set-up biometric authentication to easily register the next time.
