To change / update mobile number / email ID in your FASTag wallet, kindly refer to the follow steps:
1) Visit Kotak FASTag Portal www.fastag.kotak.com >> Click On Complaint >> New complaint >> General Complaint >> Request >> Request for change/update in Mobile Number/Email Id. Upload the dully filled and signed FASTag Maintainanence Form with KYC document in attachment section Or
2) Write to us at [email protected] by attaching valid KYC document with dully filled and signed FASTag Maintainanence Form.
