Please find the below steps to use this feature:

1. Log into Mobile Banking App

2. Tap on ‘Pay your Contact’ under the Quick Access section on the home screen

3. Enter MPIN

4. Enter/ select mobile number of Beneficiary

5. Select Kotak bank/ UPI Apps icon (apps are shown using an algorithm)

6. User can also enter the full UPI ID on the screen

7. Enter Amount and Remark

8. Review your Payment details, submit & enter MPIN

9. Success Confirmation Page can be shared over WhatsApp
