If you found your phone banking PIN delivery package (envelope) with open/torn or damage (not useable) condition so for the time being, if possible, could you please return the package at your nearest branch or destroy it. 

You can also generate new phone banking PIN by calling our 24x7 helpline number 1860 266 2666 (Standard call charges applicable). For this request please call from your registered mobile number only or else go ahead and apply for fresh one once again.
