Here are the steps to complete your Full KYC and update signature

Click here to download a scanned copy of the signed 811 Signature Card form
Take a printout of the same
Fill the necessary details such as CRN, account number and name
Place the original PAN card copy at the place suggested on the form
Place your signature as per PAN card
Scan/click a picture of the document
Click on “Need more help” button given below to submit the document

Points to keep in mind before uploading document

Documents should be in JPEG or PDF format only.
Attachment sizes should not be more than 5 MB.
Only 1 attachment is permitted. To share multiple documents/image, please ensure it is part of one file and is uploaded in one go.
