An NRI is an Indian citizen who stays outside India:

Access at all merchant establishments and ATMs (refer Service Charges and Fees) in India that accept VISA cards.
Available as a Magnetic Strip Card only.
Daily limits for transaction within India:

Purchase Limit Rs. 1,50,000
ATM Withdrawal Rs. 75,000
Insurance Offered: You get complimentary insurance cover with your Card:

Lost Card Liability Rs. 1,50,000
Purchase Protection Limit Rs. 50,000
