Eligibility

  • New to Bank customer as well as existing customers are eligible for availing this loan. The loan can be availed for Applicant himself/herself or Immediate dependent family (Valid relationship proof to be documented)


Documentation

  • Scenario A -
    Customer is the patient herself/ himself and has already incurred the expenses. Here the customer must have recovered and discharged from the hospital. Required documents for due diligence: 
    • Positive RTPCR report of the patient (here the customer) 
    • Doctor’s prescription for the patient (here the customer) 
    • Hospital bill in the name of the patient (here the customer) 
    • Hospital discharge report in the name of the patient (here the customer)
    • Customer declaration that they need the Personal Loan to meet the Covid treatment expenditure incurred by them 
       
  • Scenario B -
    Customer is taking a loan for the treatment of near and dear one. Here the near and dear one could be in the process of treatment/ recovery and customer is taking the loan for this treatment/ recovery process. Required documents for due diligence:
    • Document establishing the relationship of the customer and the patient 
    • Positive RTPCR report of the patient 
    • Doctor’s prescription for the patient
    • Hospital bill in the name of the patient
    • Customer end use declaration

 
Additional document for Scenario B- Hospital discharge report in the name of the patient (in case the patient is discharged).  No Deviation on the documentation shall be accepted
