You can reset MPIN by sending SMS – MPIN(space)(CRN no) to 9971056767 from your registered Mobile number. If you have a Physical Debit Card : Go to Kotak Mobile Banking App > Click on ‘Forgot MPIN’, Enter Debit Card details- Debit Card Number, Expiry Date, CVV, Card PIN & set a 6 digit MPIN and confirm. If you remember Net banking password : Go to Kotak Mobile Banking App > Click on ‘Forgot MPIN’ Click on ‘Net banking’ & Enter Net Banking password to set a 6 digit MPIN.
