Two attempts are made by the Bank to deliver the FASTag to the customer, in case the delivery fails on both attempts the FASTag will be returned to Kotak Bank Head Office.

The Returned tags are kept on hold for 45 days, in case there no recall / request by the customer tag will be destroyed post completion of 45 days.
