This could happen due to low network connectivity or no response from the receiver's bank. If the Transaction is unsuccessful and the amount is debited, you will receive a refund within 5 working days.
If you have not received a successful response and the Transaction is shown as pending, please wait 24 hours; post that, the status will be updated. After 24 hours, if the updated status is shown as transaction failure and your amount was debited, you will receive the refund within 5 working days.
