Please do the following checks,

  1. Your recently deposited cheque might be in under clearance process,  creating the difference in expected balance and available balance or/and
  2. There might be a partial or full hold on balance by the bank with regards to a specific transaction requested or/and
  3. Bank charges might have been applied for any number of reasons including related to a cheque issued,  non-maintenance of Average Monthly Balance charges etc.
