Do I have to use this card only for my official expenses?

This card is specifically meant for official purpose. However you can use this card for personal expenses which will purely depend on the policy of your corporate who has availed the CORPORATE CARD OPTION.

This is more so as the consolidated bill will also include any personal spends done on a corporate card and the expenses for the same will have to be settled between you and your company.

How much time will it take to receive the Kotak Corporate Credit Card once I apply for the same?

Once we receive your application form complete in all respects with the necessary documents it will take a period of minimum 15 days to process your Card application.

What should be done if the Card is lost / Stolen?

You can call our 24-Hour Customer Contact Centre, report the loss and place a request for Card replacement. You should also report the loss/ theft of the credit card to your Program Administrator through a written communication.

What should I do if my address/personal details have changed?

Request you to intimate us by sending an email through your Program Administrator. Kindly give us 4 working days to get your details changed in our system.

Incase you also have any other relationship with Kotak Mahindra Bank (e.g. Savings Account, Current Account, Loan relation etc.), we request you to visit our branch and get your address/ personal details changed.

What if I cross my credit limit?

Your Card transactions will be approved till the assigned credit limit on your Card. If you exceed your credit limit, your transaction may get declined. In case you want the limit to be enhanced / revised, your Program Administrator needs to send us a request for limit enhancement on your card. It will take two working days to revise your credit limit.

Am I eligible for a Credit Card?

Here are the eligibility criteria for a credit card:

●  For the Royale Signature Credit card, League Platinum Credit card, Delight Platinum Credit card, Essentia Platinum Credit card, PVR Platinum Credit card, PVR Gold Credit card, and Urbane Gold Credit card primary applicant must be in the age bracket of 21 – 65 years.

●  For 811 Dream different Credit card, NRI Royale Signature Credit card, the primary applicant should be in the age bracket of 18 years to 75 years.

●  Must be an Indian resident

●  Must be a salaried employee or self-employed (With income proof)

●  Must meet the income requirement set by the bank

●  Must be a resident of the serviceable locations within India
