My Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking got debited but I have not received the order confirmation?

In case your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking got debited but the transaction has failed, you will recieve the refund within 3-5 business days from Tata1mg.
However, to get the exact status of your order, please follow below steps:       

  • Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App 
  • Click on Tata1mg  icon under KayMall Section
  • Login to your Tata1mg account 
  • Click on Burger icon [=]  on top left corner and select "My Orders"
  • If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, please check again after 10 minutes.
