In case your account / credit card got debited and transaction has failed, you will get refund within 5-7 business days. However, to get the exact status of your order, please raise a request at Shopclues.

Request can be raised through following flow:
Select Shopclues option on KayMall
On Shopclues landing page, click on my account option on header.
Select help & support for customer support
