In case you are not satisfied with particular item(s) in your order, you could either request for a replacement or a refund within 5 business days of receiving the order. Follow the below steps for the same:
1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
2. Click on Nykaa Man icon under KayMall section
3. Login to your Nykaa Man Account
4. Click on User icon on top right corner and select "My Orders"
5. Go to Order and select "Have a Concern"
6. Proceed with reason for return/replacement
