How do I cancel an order once it has been shipped?
1. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
2. Nykaa Man will refund your money within 3-4 business days once the product(s) is recieved back and the packaging/condition is verified.
3. You can check the status of the order or the item(s) on the "My Order" section
